Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a part-time role with Cummings International? As the Executive Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the company’s mission to support the University of Maryland Do Good Institute (DGI) in empowering students to apply their passions and ideas to create positive change in the world.

In this role, you will:

🗓️ Organise the Director's workweek

📩 Anticipate the Director's needs

📅 Schedule crucial meetings

📝 Record meeting notes

✉️ Draft emails and documents

📄 Create compelling slides

📊 Organise data for insightful reports

📈 Design diagrams and visuals

🔍 Conduct in-depth research

📊 Track data for comprehensive reports

🤝 Support partnership development

🚀 Onboarding

Your onboarding journey will include guidance to understand and excel in your role, with a focus on how best to support the DGI Director. You need to be an Executive Assistant who already possesses the required skills and experience to step into the role confidently.

📆 Working Hours

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with a schedule that includes 50% or more asynchronous work and availability for live meetings from 9 AM to 1 PM EST. There is a potential to advance to a full-time role after 3-6 months,
