As an Executive Assistant, the purpose is to help ease the workload of the CEO. This also involves supporting the current EA, who operates in a USA time zone, in transitioning to another role.

Key responsibilities:

๐Ÿงพ Coordinating and scheduling meetings.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing emails efficiently.

๐Ÿ“‘ Developing PowerPoint presentations.

๐Ÿ’ผ Crafting sales proposals.

๐Ÿ“Š Handling invoicing, payroll, creating SOPs, and data entry.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Procuring gifts for team members.

๐Ÿงพ Organising company retreats.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Following up on invoices.

Working Hours โฐ: Full Time, ideally adhering to a blend of London time with some overlap into the USA timezone.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

โœ… Previous experience in a similar position.

โœ… Experience in navigating SaaS tools (and adapting swiftly to new ones).
