Ecommerce/Shopify and Social Media Virtual Assistant [CLOSED]

We are looking for someone to handle our customer service/support for our ecommerce store. This also includes managing customer inquiries such as tracking numbers, refunds, cancellations, and other issues. Google sheets will be used a lot to keep track of order management and issues. You will also be required to pick the phone as well. There will be two days of training (half day) that will be paid. You will have communication with us via Skype, Slack, Email, etc... throughout the day.

Requirements:

Must be able to speak and write english very well and professionally
Looking for someone who can learn fast and be a good problem solver
Must be organized with data and systems

Looking for a virtual assistant who can handle the following:

  • Customer service/support (email and phone)
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Order management
  • Facebook page management (managing facebook comments and private messages and creating 2 new posts a week)

Must have experience in:

  • Shopify
  • Oberlo
  • Facebook Page Manager
  • Instagram
  • Outlook
  • Google Sheets
  • ClickFunnels
  • Aliexpress (not mandatory)

Additional Interests but not required:

  • Speaks spanish, and other languages
