Our roles span across Amazon Account Specialist/Data Analyst, Customer Experience, R&D Management, Financial Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist, HR, and PPC, all working in harmony to achieve our goals.

To facilitate this growth, we are actively seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager who can seamlessly manage our team, allowing our founder to transition into the visionary role and regain valuable time. As an eCommerce Operations Manager, your role is to turn the CEO Andrei's ideas into reality. You'll be responsible for translating these ideas into actionable tasks and guiding the team toward achieving our goals. Your expertise will bring clarity, planning, and organization to help us meet our company objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Run all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business, including management of the team
  • Ensure all aspects of the operation across multiple brands run smoothly
  • Manage and deliver projects
  • Proactively identify improvements
  • Take ownership of improvements and new projects
  • Implement structured processes into the business

You will play a crucial role as the decision-maker in the leadership team, ensuring cohesion within the organization. You'll oversee financial performance, execute the business plan, and ensure team accountability. Additionally, you'll maintain organizational clarity, communication, and consistency. While primarily driven by logic, you'll also focus on achieving results, resolving issues, fostering team unity, setting priorities, and ensuring follow-through. You'll serve as a filter for the Visionary's ideas, promote harmony within the Team, and assist in overcoming obstacles and barriers.

This is a full-time position, and you are expected to be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM RO time, with 5 hours of your schedule fixed during that time. You have the flexibility to arrange the remaining three hours as you see fit.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • eCommerce operations management experience
  • 3/5 Gsheet knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Structured approach to working
  • Very well organized with experience in managing projects and initiatives
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Personally accountable, decision-maker, flexible
  • Efficient problem and conflict-solving skills
  • Emotionally balanced and not prone to extremes, e.g., being overly negative or positive and unrealistic
  • Winning mindset
