CareerNerds team are looking for a Customer Success & Operations Manager to join them and help them provide a better service to their current and future clients.
This role consists of speaking to US-based clients and coaches, monitoring client progress, improving the coach/client relationship and managing internal projects.
You will cooperate closely with the rest of the team, and will report to Tom (Founder and Head Coach), while making sure that clients are happy, satisfied and making progress in the coaching program.
Key priorities of your role will include:
→ Communication skills: Email, LinkedIn, Slack and communication over Zoom will be key responsibilities. Speaking to clients and team in USA, as well as the European team.
→ Monitoring client progress: Keeping track of all clients, their progress, and materials that are needed in order to serve them on a high level
→ Building and maintaining a CRM system: Currently, CareerNerds uses ClickUp as our CRM. You will optimize how we use ClickUp where we put all our projects and client information.
→ Support: Providing support for clients’ questions and proactively reaching out to them. Improving the coaching experience from a process standpoint. Also, providing help to coaches and helping them follow client progress.
In your first weeks of the role, you will:
