We sell Japanese tea and Japanese products mostly to customers from the USA.
We are looking for someone with excellent writing and communication skills to respond to questions and queries coming from the customers.
Since customers are from the USA, we are looking for someone who can work in the USA timezone daily 2 hours a day M-Fri initially. (Prefered time - 6-9 am PST)
The main task is to respond to customers, but when time allows; we will ask to work on various Virtual Assistant tasks to operate the business which may include research activities.
