About the company


From Head to Heart is a small but rapidly growing business offering personal spiritual development and business coaching services founded in a spiritual healing modality. It was founded by Susie Valentine in 2019 with a mission to help shift humanity from its head to its heart and does so through delivering ThetaHealing® courses and private sessions. Through 2023, the team grew with 2 further instructors and expansion into business coaching. 2024 has started strongly with a new group business coaching programme.

About the role

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, highly organised and detail-oriented team member to join our mission to guide humanity to their heart and live their purpose. You will support the Susie, her husband Sam and the growing team. You will start with focussing on client communication and social media. When that is running smoothly there is an opportunity to expand the role and get involved in different areas in the business.  


  1. Client Relationships
    1. Interacting with potential clients, existing clients to make the service offering professional and seamless.
  2. Social Media
    1. Assisting with post creation, image creation through Canva, small video editing and scheduling of the different social media posts on different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
    2. Personal messaging with engaged followers and potential clients.
  3. Managing the ‘Support’ Inbox.
    1. Responding to emails in a timely, polite and proactive manner.
    2. Preparing responses to more complex emails, which can then be reviewed by Susie or Sam before being send.
    3. Maintaining a tidy Inbox through active filing of emails once actioned.
  4. Setting up and updating Email campaigns. 
    Build email campaigns using existing templates in Active Campaign for:
    1. Pre-Course Campaigns.
    2. Upcoming Events Campaigns.
    3. Promotional Emails.
    4. Value add emails/weekly insights.
    5. And more.
  5. Post-Course Administration. Following the completion of each Theta Healing course, the following actions must be carried out in a timely and accurate fashion:
    1. Send out Certificates.
    2. Updated Active Campaign.
    3. Update Lead Pages.
    4. Update Website.
    5. Answer any questions from clients.

About you

About You


  1. Administrative and Client Relationship experience of 2 years.
  2. Excellent written and spoken English.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills for professional client and team interaction.
  4. A proactive, problem solving and can-do attitude.
  5. Marketing experience is an added benefit.


  1. Strong experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel - experience is of high importance.
  2. General good computer skills – experience is of high importance.
  3. Social Media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube – experience is of high importance.
  4. Canva, image creation – experience is of high importance.
  5. Active Campaign, CRM – experience is of medium importance.
  6. Lead Pages, landing pages – experience is of medium importance.
  7. Wix, website – experience is of medium importance.
  8. Elementor, WordPress website builder -  experience is of medium importance.
  9. Monday.com, Project management system – experience is of medium importance.
  10. Video editing skills – experience is an added benefit.

What's in it for you?

  • Hourly rate between £6-8* per hour
  • Fully remote and part-time role. Starting with 10 hours per week, spread over multiple days, with the aim that this will increase over time.
