Business Manager [CLOSED]

Their team of 15 core team members is spread across India, Malaysia, Israel, Tallinn, Canada and Costa Rica.

Evercoach is looking for a Business Manager to manage the operations of the company.

In this role, you will:

• Manage contracts and timelines to send them to authors and clients
• Coordinate with the finance team to tally books and answer related questions
• Hire and do outreach for hiring
• Make sure vendor payments are made correctly and on time
• Manage meeting agendas and takeaways for team members
• Help with overall systems and processes

During the first few weeks in the role, you will learn more about the company and work directly with the CEO on executing tasks around contracts and finance.

This is a full-time role, and you’ll be free to create your own schedule as long as you can have some overlap with the rest of the team and attend team meetings.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience in project management and operations
• Experience working in online companies with remote team members
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Ability to work within a fast-growing environment where things are rapidly changing - one day is not like the next and you need to figure things out as you go :)
