Business Insights Analyst (Finance and Reporting) [CLOSED]

Salary: Negotiable

Data Modelling Data Entry Bookkeeping English - writing

We’re looking for a full time member of our team to help with the following:

  • Run reports from Salesforce, Hubspot, Google analytics or other systems
  • Using very careful attention to detail, take reports from multiple platforms (as above), combine as per instructions and prepare reports for business management
  • Book keeping using Xero
  • Bill payment
  • Documentation of processes ability to write SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Other administrative duties, such as project management, internet research, as needed

 

 

Skills needed:

  • Attention to detail. We need someone who would never have a typo, never miss a number, never misread a task. Excellent execution
  • Project management skills. Someone who keeps very accurate, clear files, is highly organized
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience using CRM and project management systems (ideally Hubspot, Salesforce and Podio) and Xero
  • Intermediate understanding of book keeping, and associated financial reporting
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information
