About Us:

Solve AMZ is a growing company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled, motivated, and experienced in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Amazon brand management and Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.


Account Management:

  • Manage and optimize the client's Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely restocking.

Amazon Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Create and optimize product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing titles and bullet points, and managing keywords.
  • Implement Amazon A+ Content and Amazon Storefront to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor and manage brand infringement issues, ensuring the protection of the client's intellectual property.

Amazon PPC Management:

  • Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to optimize ad spend and increase product visibility.
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-converting and relevant keywords for PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives to identify the most effective ad copy and images.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including managing and optimizing Amazon accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon brand management and PPC advertising best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's terms of service, policies, and guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
