Motivated, Senior Frontend UX/UI Developer for full-time role [CLOSED]

However, its user interface and the overall user experience is complicated and confusing for new and old users. This is because our team lacks an experienced and competent UX/UI designer and developer.

We are looking to find a permanent UX/UI developer for our team. Please, read our company description for more information on our team and what we are looking for.

The successful applicant will be given a lot of responsibility and will quickly become a critical member of our team. S/He will work will the whole team on transforming all of our WordPress plugins, and also our SAAS application, both in Interface Design and development, but with the goal of creating a 1st Class User Experience.

S/He will have experience in this area and will be able to demonstrate this to us with their portfolio - which we will look at closely. It is important that the successful applicant is an experience, proficient developer and can work on their own without technical guidance. The team has the main developer who is responsible for all major developmental projects and aim, and you'll be working closely with him. You will need to be confident in your own developmental and design skills, and also be confident in pushing your thoughts and ideas into the project and discussing these with the team.

The application process will involve at least 1 phone call with all the members of the team and you'll also be asked for preliminary UX/UI design enhancements you would make to our security plugin. While you may provide UX designs/enhancements, we're not looking for free work from you, but enough information from you to indicate you've taken the time to understand the project and how you might proceed. We may then pay you to further develop your ideas, though this may not guarantee a successful job placement.

This role has the potential to become much more if your skills and experience lend you to leading a team. As the product becomes more successful, we'll need to build our team further and if becoming an important, senior team member is something that would interest you, then this could be a wonderful opportunity for you.

The salary will be paid monthly, in your local currency and direct to your bank account. Salary is negotiable based on your experience and expertise, and will be increased naturally each year and dependent on your growth in skills, responsibility, and overall performance.
