We are currently seeking a Zoho and CRM Technology Lead to join our diverse and close-knit family of approximately 30 individuals, all contributing to the advancement of our impactful initiatives.

We empower young people from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds to pursue their desired careers through mentoring, workshops, and recruitment services. Some of our accomplishments include:

- Placing almost 150 young people in roles in 2021

- Supporting 10,000 individuals

- Creating over 2,500 mentoring relationships

About the role

Position Overview:  

As the Zoho and CRM Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass operations management, human resources, process enhancement, and risk oversight. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team and leverage your project management expertise to drive our continued growth and success.

Note: Only full-time applicants will be accepted as the role is not applicable for freelancers & third-party agents

Working hours: 9am - 5pm UK time [Weekdays only]

Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of Generation Success' technology roadmap.
  • Spearhead the centralisation of our technology stack around Zoho and CRM as our primary platforms.
  • Identify and implement digital solutions to support the organisation's vision of becoming a technology and digitally enabled entity.

Zoho and CRM Expertise:

  • Utilise your expertise in Zoho and CRM to ensure these platforms serve as the central hubs for all data flow within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimise Zoho and CRM for various functions, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on best practices for Zoho and CRM to maximise their potential.

Process and System Enhancement:

  • Develop and implement robust processes and systems to meet the organisation's growing demands.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise Zoho, CRM, and other technology tools to streamline operations.
  • Offer guidance and support to different teams in effectively utilising technology for improved productivity.

Automation Focus:

  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organisation.
  • Implement automation solutions where applicable and monitor their effectiveness.

Business Solutions Skills:

  • Diagnose technology solutions needs in alignment with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that address specific business challenges.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with third-party technology suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
  • Monitor vendor relationships and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.

About you

Qualifications and Experience:

  • We prioritize skills and experience over formal education
  • Proven experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in Zoho and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and analytics.
  • Track record of successfully implementing technology-driven solutions in organisations.
