๐ŸŽจ Building new WP websites using themes, bringing fresh and unique designs to life.

๐Ÿ’ผ Assisting in creating and implementing HubSpot workflows and integrations.

๐Ÿ” Identifying and troubleshooting website issues, addressing factors such as site speed, broken links, and responsive design.

During the onboarding process, the new team member will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the team and learn about Neon Ambition's processes. While there won't be specific web development training, they will receive general training to familiarize themselves with how the company operates.

From the very start, they'll be encouraged to dive into development tasks, and the company will provide the necessary support to help them hit the ground running. Contributions will be valued from day one, and together, the team will work towards achieving collective goals.

This is a full-time role, and the company is excited to have a dedicated WordPress Web Developer join them. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm CST. The company understands the importance of work-life balance, so if the new team member can get as close to those hours as possible, it would be great. The company aims to ensure there is at least a few hours of overlap with CST, to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication with the team.

Skills and Experience:

๐Ÿ”น Minimum of 3 years of web development experience, with a strong focus on WordPress sites.

๐Ÿ”น Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to bring life to web creations.

๐Ÿ”น Previous experience with site migrations, including from non-WordPress platforms.

๐Ÿ”น Collaboration with SEO teams to optimize websites for search engines.

๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and integrations to enhance website functionalities. ๐Ÿ”น Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles for seamless user experiences.
