WordPress Developer and SEO Specialist for Sporting Goods Retailer [CLOSED]

Fitness Factor is looking for a web developer and SEO specialist with experience working with retail platforms. Although the position will be part-time at the beginning, we would like to hire someone interested in eventually working full time for our company. Full time employees receive our full support and commitment, and we try to provide frequent training and growth opportunities to them. The core tasks for this position will be: - Developing our website by adding new pages, products, and features to it and improving its design - Creating an online sign-up form for customers to input their information - Setting up a Shopify page for our brand - Linking our website with online sales platforms like Shopify - Improving our company's web visibility through SEO, backlinks, and other methods - Providing input on online marketing strategies and their implementation Other tasks that may be assigned based on your ability and/or experience: - Upgrading our social media pages for better performance and appearance - Running ads on social media and Google - Managing social media pages - Creating visual content (or providing suggestions for visual content) for our website and social media pages Requirements: - Ability to work 20 hours per week - 2+ years' experience managing and developing corporate websites - 2+ years' experience with SEO - Experience working with retail platforms and website features - Deep knowledge of online marketing, GoogleAds, and methods for improving web visibility Other desired qualities: - Excellent English writing and reading skills - Sound decision-making skills and the ability to work independently and take control of projects - Honesty and a commitment to deadlines and goals - The ability to think creatively and make suggestions for improvement--as well as identify problems - Familiarity with American consumers and design aesthetics - An interest in fitness and health Please apply with your resume/CV including your salary expectations and 2-3 sentences about what you hope to achieve professionally over the next 2-3 years.
