As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be instrumental in optimising Toniiq’s operations and setting new standards for efficiency and scalability. Your expertise will play a crucial role in taking Toniiq to the next level in the health supplement industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of IT systems, including Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Geographical, Channel Expansion, and more.
  • Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Identify gaps in the existing systems and processes and devise innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Develop and lead S&OP processes and systems with cross-functional stakeholders.


In this full-time role, you will report directly to the president of the company, and collaborate closely with their dedicated operations team comprising 8 passionate individuals. Upon joining, you will undergo an extensive onboarding process with dedicated training and support, lasting approximately 1 month.

This is a full-time role, and your working hours need to overlap with 9 AM to 1 PM EST. This will ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team and customers.

  • Extensive ERP Experience: Your proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be vital to optimise the company’s operations.
  • Excel/Google Sheets Mastery: Your prowess in spreadsheet tools will empower you to transform data into valuable insights
  • Strong technical background in data or ERP space: Your skillset, either acquired through academic achievements or professional expertise, should be in data-related disciplines or ERP systems.
