Social Media Manager [CLOSED]

Ace Beauté was founded on the simple principle that everyone should embrace their beauty while having fun with makeup. Their mission is to provide high-quality items that appeal to a wide spectrum of individuals so that their customers can freely express themselves through makeup.

The team at Ace Beauté is looking for their next team member – a social media manager to start up and manage different TikTok accounts for new business ventures

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Craft an effective strategy to grow our new business venture TikTok account
• Comment and engage with users on the TikTok account
• Provide detailed weekly reports regarding account growth
• Interact with the CEO on a daily basis

Although onboarding will be organized for you once you join the team, Ace Beauté expects you to have great knowledge on all things TikTok related. In your first week at the company, you will have an opportunity to strategize content for the various TikTok account. Tasks will be assigned to you via Airtable.

As Ace Beauté’s next TikTok Social Manager, you need to have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with social media management
• Experience growing various TikTok platforms and improving engagement
• Experience with writing brief but effective captions
• Willing to revise & change TikTok strategy as much as is needed to achieve the best possible results
• Comfortable with providing reports and metrics to measure TikTok accounts performance
• Great research skills & willingness to do independent research on new topics
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality when it comes to meeting deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Eagerness to take initiative

Brownie points for video editing experience & skills.
