Led by Eric, alongside Linda, our CEO, and AJ, our VP of Digital Strategy, we specialise in leveraging data-driven insights to drive businesses forward.

With 80% of our focus on SEO, 10% on PPC, and another 10% on web development, we want to deliver exceptional results for our clients through strategic SEO initiatives.

Right now, we're hunting for a Senior SEO Specialist.

You'll chat with clients here and there, but we need someone who knows SEO inside and out, especially the techie stuff.

Oh, and heads up: most of our clients use WordPress. So, if we need someone great at that. And if you know your way around e-commerce SEO, even better.

If you're ready to dive into a backlog of technical SEO tasks, craft compelling quarterly strategies, and drive outstanding results, then you're the perfect fit for our team!

As our SEO Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our SEO efforts, making a tangible difference in our business.

In this role, you will:

💡 Use tools like AHREFS and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve SEO issues independently.

🛠️ Log into the backend of WordPress websites to implement necessary SEO updates and optimizations.

📊 Craft quarterly SEO strategies to drive business growth and client success.

📈 Take charge of the strategy for a set of accounts, making sure our efforts align with the big picture under the guidance of the VP of Digital Strategy.

💡 Bring our quarterly strategies to life, driving exceptional SEO results for our clients

⏰ Working hours: This is a full-time position, with working hours from midday till 8 p.m. Central European Time, which overlaps with 1 p.m. Eastern Time.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ High-level SEO experience in an agency environment.

✅ Hands-on experience with AHREFS and Screaming Frog

✅ Experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools.

✅ Strong technical SEO expertise.

✅ Familiarity with project management tools.

✅ Ideally, some experience with link building.

Brownie Points for:

🔍 Additional experience with Paid search.

📊 Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4.

We're after someone with serious drive - the kind of person hungry for success and won't stop until our clients see results.

They should be able to handle a bunch of projects at once, big or small, and know their way around standard procedures or tackling new problems. Always proactive, they're up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and can hit the ground running with new clients or give a fresh perspective to ongoing projects.

What’s in it for you?
