ATLAS ANALYTICS provides comprehensive training to ensure your success in the Senior Operations & Project Manager role. You will have access to the team portal, which houses the "ATLAS Academy" Knowledge Base, along with a wealth of SOPs and workflow documentation.
These resources include shared resources, video recordings, and dedicated 1:1 sessions with the leadership team, offering ongoing training and feedback for at least 6 months.
In addition to these resources, you will develop a thorough working knowledge of the products and services ATLAS ANALYTICS is offering, including the process, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration between teams and clients. You will also attend weekly team meetings to sync with other team members from Operations, Consulting, and Leadership departments, further enhancing your understanding and collaboration.
To fully support your growth and expertise, the team will help you familiarise yourself with the tech stack, software tools, and processes, ensuring that you have all the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in your role.
