Evercoach is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and manage the visual design aspects of the company's branding and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all of the company's materials, including websites, advertisements, social media, packaging, and product design.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop graphic elements for websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and product design
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing, branding, and product development teams to ensure that design elements align with overall company goals and strategies
• Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing feedback, support and guidance to help them grow and develop their skills
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, and use this knowledge to improve the company's visual identity and design efforts
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals and ensure that design projects meet their requirements
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, working with them to make revisions and adjustments as needed
• Manage budgets and timelines for design projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and maintain design files, ensuring that all assets are organised and easily accessible for future use
• Continuously research, learn and experiment with new design software, tools, and techniques to improve the work and the design process

The first few weeks on the role will consist of:

→ Introduction to the company: You will be introduced to the company's culture, mission and values, as well as the entire team.

→ Technical training: You will receive training on the company's design software, tools, and platforms, as well as any company-specific design guidelines and processes.

→ Brand and Style Guidelines: You will get an overview of the company's brand and style guidelines, and will learn about the design elements that should be incorporated into your work.

→ Collaboration and Communication: You will learn about the company's communication and collaboration processes.

→ Review of company's portfolio and history: You will review the company's portfolio and history to get a sense of the company's design style and to see examples of what you can expect to work on.

This is a full-time role, and you’ll be expected to work from 9 AM to 5 PM within your local time zone, with some flexibility based on your requirements.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as a basic/intermediate understanding of other software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro)
• The ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and consistently produce high-quality content
• Good understanding of branding and marketing concepts
• Strong creative skills, including an eye for typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand their needs and goals, and to ensure that design projects meet their requirements
• Adaptability and flexibility: You should be adaptable and flexible, able to work on a variety of projects and mediums and adjust to changing needs and design trends.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles, as you may be required to design elements that are user-friendly and easy to navigate.
