Sales Development Representative

We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for eCommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more global brands.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level up your career. Our team will invest more than one hundred hours into your training. The training includes digital marketing courses, coaching from senior marketers, and working directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to cultivate and manage initial relationships with high-level executives at e-commerce and B2B companies. You will be responsible for performing outreach, scheduling meetings, and making warm introductions to close business.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

  • Source new leads through cold calling and online research
  • Successfully cold call and set up meetings for the sales team (via phone and email)
  • Identify qualified leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows, and schedule phone calls/demos or in-person meetings for Sales Director
  • Use your excellent knowledge and understanding of B2B and e-commerce prospecting and sales best practices
  • Ensure all sales prospects are properly nurtured
  • Answer potential client questions
  • Has a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure work is completed within the expected timeline
  • Track performance and sales metrics within a CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce)

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Experience with working in CRMs, preferably Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • A confident communicator, who understands how to effectively tailor messaging and articulate value on the phone, or over email.

  • Capable of tailoring pitches for each lead and conversing without a script
  • Able to quickly develop an understanding of Fire&Spark’s services and its unique value add in the SEO agency space
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Always looking for ways to optimize and get better every day.

What’s in it for you?

  • Monthly salary of $2000 - $3000*
  • Full-time or part-time opportunity based on your availability

  • Working hours: 7am-3pm EST (preferably 8-4pm or 9-5pm EST)

  • $500 annual wellness allowance
  • $750 annual work from home allowance
  • Training included: although we count on your expertise, training and onboarding will be provided
