She Reigns Creative is a Marketing Agency focused on helping Female Entrepreneurs grow amazing business. We support them through courses, training and our own software Rule Your Business, which combines email marketing, text marketing, landing pages, websites and more with great content to make clients successful. We are a remote business with the team distributed across the world.

About the role:

For us to successfully continue our growth we need you to come onboard as our Lead Graphic Designer

• The Lead Designer role is to ensure the smooth delivery of the accounts they are charged with, working with both clients and our internal team to deliver high quality graphic design work..
• This involves a mixture of project management, customer support, digital marketing knowledge and graphic design
• You will be working and reporting directly to me (the owner), my co-founder the creative director and our VP of Facebook Ads.

You will have two primary responsibilities:

1 - Communicate and build great relationships with our customers to make them happy.

2 - Advise our customers and team on good artistic directions for graphics in line with our brand and those of our clients.

What you will be doing day to day:

• Preparing client and company graphics and video for primarily digital usage on a variety of platforms - Websites, Social Media, Email
• The ability to take direction with great attention to details
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects while meeting hard deadlines
• Thinking creatively to develop marketing graphic/video solutions for clients
• Assisting the Account team with client presentations
• Able to understand and adhere to client aesthetics
• Create, recreate, modify client art as needed.
• Create Website Graphics and Designs for client websites (Design only - no need to code)
