Remote Client Support Specialist / Account Manager for an Online Gambling Business [CLOSED]
A friendly and fast-growing company, Rockman Enterprises Ltd provides management, payment and support services for online gaming businesses.
- Execute post-sale client launches and integrations
- Act as internal administrator for large accounts, managing user lists
- Manage tickets for client issues, partnering with Customer Care and Operations teams for resolution
- Leverage our content management system and other internal tools to build catalog pages and update our website
- Prepare/Maintain various spreadsheets for reporting purposes
- Regular reviews of existing process for ongoing optimization
- Track customer feedback and stay abreast of the industry news and technologies
- General support for special projects as needed
- Experience in the gambling industry. Even f you don't have professional experience in gambling, but you're familiar with either sports betting and/or casino topics (professional betting, arbitrage, value betting, sport lines exploit “detection”, Asian odds and odds movements) we are open to considering your application too.
