Recruiter - iGaming [CLOSED]

Paradise Media is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter. The ideal candidate will play a role in creatively identifying and engaging top talent, improving, and contributing to our brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Posting of job openings: posting clear, up-to-date, and relevant job openings on employment websites and advertising platforms.
• Headhunting and actively sourcing candidates.
• Screening of candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Running background checks on potential employees and negotiating job offers.
• Handling new hires’ onboarding process.
• Working on internal recruitment.
• Maintaining relationships with businesses and potential hires.
• Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within recruitment – a must.
• Recruitment experience within iGaming – advantage.
• People’s person and has no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner.
• You are extremely organised and meticulous.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills.
• You know how to prioritize tasks and handle your time effectively.
• Computer proficiency.
• Fluent in the English language (written and spoken) any other languages will be considered a plus.
