Jay Kamhi → founder of the business and the owner & visionary

Beth Collaku → Jay’s business partner for over 15 years; works as the Integrator and is heavily involved in product creation and marketing

Sage Phillips → Shipping & Logistics Manager, has been working at the company for 2+ years

Bryan Kendrick → Marketing Department Manager; has been working at the company for 6+ months

Kamhi World is seeking a PPC manager to join their team and bring unique experience and ideas to the table. The company’s goal is to create a hybrid approach to managing PPC and product listings, combining your suggestions with their existing processes and systems. The team values fresh perspectives and is open to exploring new approaches. Together, you and the team can find what works best for the company.

You would regularly conduct keyword research to help improve new and existing PPC campaigns. Your research will also help the company improve listing titles, images, bullet points and back-end keywords.

More specifically, within this role, you will get to

  • Manage the PPC operations regularly to ensure that Kamhi World is maintaining its goals for TACOS and ACOS
  • Create new PPC campaigns for all ad types: sponsored products, sponsored brands (including video ads), sponsored display
  • Provide feedback on how we can continually optimise listings to ensure they convert well, and specifically:
    • Monitor the PPC campaigns through the Campaign Manager and other external software
    • Analyse data, apply negative keywords, optimise bids based on performance, and leverage all campaign types
  • Use your creativity to come up with ways to advertise products within PPC
  • Keep up with new Amazon trends and features to enhance product listings or advertising efforts & leverage those features by testing them and optimising performance
  • Conduct keyword research for products using Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerize, etc.
  • Using the above research to advise marketing teams with ideas for improving listing titles, images, bullets, and backend keywords, to test out how it impacts the listing with the goal of improving conversions. Closely collaborate with the Marketing Design team to obtain relevant content for the role.
  • Evaluate reviews for our products to research what customers like and don’t like about our products.
  • Present key insights from PPC research for better product positioning in all marketing.

As you join the company, you will gain access to videos and SOPs, as well as work with the current PPC advisor to familiarise yourself with the processes and operations. You will also learn more about Kamhi World's products, listings, customer reviews, etc.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Previous experience with Amazon PPC
  • Ability to learn new processes and put them into application
  • Ability to conduct meticulous research and to consistently test ad strategies within PPC
  • Previous experience with Amazon
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Ability to easily navigate through Seller Central
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Solution-focused mindset & good problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful and creative personality
  • Ability to work autonomously and understand the needs of the company
  • Ability to communicate needs or issues as they arise
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to changes in Amazon’s platform or algorithm or TOS as well as other changes within the industry

Brownie points for previous experience with the following software: Google Sheets, Google Chat, Zoom, Outlook, Gmail, ClickUp, Amazon Seller Central, Samurai Seller, Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerize, Dropbox, Egnyte, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc.

  • Semi-flexible working hours; ideally, there would be at least 2-3 hours of overlap with EST business hours. The rest of the hours can be distributed as you wish assuming that you are meeting all your targets and objectives
