About the role

We are currently seeking an exceptional Operations Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will:

• Develop new processes to enhance our program logistics.
• Provide support to learners and facilitators, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
• Communicate with clients across different time zones to maintain alignment and address their needs.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is super organised, pays close attention to detail, and loves learning and growing. If you’re all about embracing challenges and continuous self-improvement, you’ll fit right in.

This role requires direct interactions with clients and facilitators globally, so being fluent in English is essential. You should be able to communicate clearly and work well with people from different cultural backgrounds.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be using a variety of tools, including Notion, Slack, Zapier, Figma, and our proprietary learning platform, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
