Part Time 2000.00 - 3000.00 USD Type: Monthly

Project Management English - speaking English - writing

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (part time - 16-28 hrs/week) to join us and lead the operations and delivery side of the business. This includes delivery of our accounting service, our reporting service and in the future our forecasting service, as well as our onboarding process

ABOUT US

We are Insight Matters. We’re a small team with big ambitions. We believe that every entrepreneur deserves the same level of financial insights as corporate CEOs have, and we are working to make this a reality.

But we do things a bit different than your typical accounting or financial consultancy firm: We provide done-for-you financial reporting & analysis service, working with

e-commerce and service companies.

Our clients use our reports and analysis to make critical business decisions:

  • Can they invest in hiring a new person?
  • Are they getting the right return on marketing?
  • Where are they leaving money on the table?

From day one, we are set up as a 100% remote team, currently spanning Asia, Europe and South America. Our team works with us because of our focus on quality, our open, collaborative and supportive team culture.

Our clients are distributed as well - covering Australia, Asia, Europe and the US, and more often than not are also fully remote.

Our clients work with us because they recognize how important it is to have a thorough understanding of their numbers, and are using our input to make strategic decisions big & small.

The key reason they like to work with us:

We deliver meaningful insights. We provide accurate information, with analysis that helps them understand their own business at a deeper level, and is a reliable basis to answer key questions like:

· Can we afford to hire this person?

· Should we launch a new product?

· Is this sales channel working for us?

Our ambition:

Our ambition is to double our revenue by June 2022.

We have three key priorities for the right Operations Manager:

  • Standardize and improve our client onboarding process - there is no second chance for first impressions
  • Improve our Discovery Project process - this initial project makes a lasting impression on our clients.
  • Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our delivery by developing and improving processes, both internally and those that interact with our clients’ internal processes
  • Play an essential part in developing an additional service offering that will strengthen our position as indispensable part of decision making for our clients

The current team:

  • Rob (founder / CEO)
  • Maj (Co-founder / COO
  • Maria (Lead Accountant)
  • Cariza (Accountant)
  • Cathy (Accountant)
  • Shun (Accountant)
  • Carlo (Reporting analyst)
  • Lea (Marketing assistant)

Our Company Culture

We focus on Quality first – the impact we have on our clients is big; they make life changing decisions based on our input – so we prioritize delivering top quality!

Other keywords:

Helpful. Open. Asking questions and challenging the status quo is appreciated. Rewarding and encouraging initiative.
