We partner with experts & product builders, take a profit share, and help scale the product or service to the moon. Sometimes, we come up with an idea first, find the right person to bring it to reality, and then launch the product - other times, we find existing products that could be huge but need a fresh approach to their marketing. Right now, we are focused on online business courses.

Our business and revenue are skyrocketing, and we continue to evolve with the intention to reach 9 figures in revenue by helping over 1,000,000 people start and grow their own online business. To achieve that, we are looking for resourceful and intelligent people to join our team. Right now, we’re a small team comprising Alex, our CEO, two freelancers, and our partners in the US who are currently managing one of our courses and the customer support for that course.

We are a high-performance team, but without the stress and the burnout - 6 hours of work from someone focused and rested beats 12 hours from someone tired and burnt out every time.

Requirements

Our team is looking for a motivated, high-performing Operations Manager. This role will allow the company to grow quickly, by automating and streamlining the procedures.

Within this role you will:

• Create and optimise SOPs
• Optimise and manage existing products
• Hire and manage staff
• Hire and manage customer support teams for new products
• Hire and manage customer success team for new products
• Manage payment processing
• Set KPIs and monitor performance
• Work on operational tasks
• Work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, ideally with some overlap with Sydney, AUS (GMT+10) (desirable, but not necessary) -- in Feb 2022 we will move to GMT +2, which will work much better!
• Report to the CEO

Our perfect candidate:

• has experience with creating SOPs,
• has experience with setting, tracking, and monitoring KPIs
• has experience with hiring and managing staff
• can build reporting systems and documents effectively
• can use dashboarding software and create dashboards
• can track customer behaviour
• is willing to grow within the role and adapt to new challenges
• is ready to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• is highly analytical, passionate about numbers, processes, and operational efficiency
• is interested in engineering and systemising the businesses; can accomplish efficiency and operational excellence
• is comfortable with leading, directing, and managing a team; knows how to motivate others and get the staff to perform their best
• loves the idea of setting KPIs, managing staff, optimising performance, and tweaking systems and processes to ensure that KPIs are met
