About the role

As a No-code specialist & software engineer, you'll be working closely with the Tech Manager to make life easier and more fluid for the team and its customers.

You'll be largely autonomous in all aspects of automation development, and you'll also have to keep an eye on the best tools on the market, find ever more effective automation solutions and document our in-house developments to the best of your ability.

Key missions

With the help of our Head of Tech, you'll play a key role in the growth and development of Papa In Shape's internal and external tools.

Your main responsabilities will be :

• Automations : you will be in charge of developing and implementing automations for our internal tools (for team use) and external tools (for customer use).
• Managing our data : exporting, scraping, data mapping, data cleaning, importing, etc. You'll be a key member in data management of the company.
• Benchmark : you'll need to be constantly on the lookout for new technological tools and the most widely used, high-performance languages, and be a driving force behind their implementation.
• Internal documentation: you will contribute to the drafting of internal documentation and clear processes to make automation easy to use.
• User experience: you'll have to offer the best possible customer experience and find solutions to every problem.

About you

Expected skills :

• Xano: You're familiar with Xano (API, functions, database hold no secrets for you) and 7- or 8-digit data volumes don't scare you.
• Weweb: This is the front-end tool we've chosen and it's the perfect stack to go with Xano. You'll be familiar with interface development and exchanges with the backend tool. Having a constant eye for UX and design will also be a key advantage for the job.
• Flutterflow: To develop our mobile application. Knowledge of the Flutterflow front-end tool is a must if you want to be able to navigate all the projects at Papa In Shape!
• Make : Knowing how to use Make is a nice-to-have that will enable you to develop even more automation or connect different tools to our CRM and APP (we are currently at 2M operations/month).
• API/Webhook: you're comfortable with the idea of working with APIs and Webhooks. You're also not afraid to go looking in API documentation.
• Automation: you are able to understand a functional need and translating it into a simple, innovative technical solution using automation.
• Development: you have a good grasp of the main principles of computer programming without being a specialist in any particular language.
• Good writing skills: You're comfortable with documentary writing to ensure that the no-code/low-code tools you propose are properly understood.
• Enthusiasm: You're creative, hard-working and always coming up with new ideas to create dynamism and innovation within the tech division.
• Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team
• Excellent organisational skills: You know how to estimate your working time to meet deadlines. You also know how to manage a project schedule and priorities to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.

Profile required :

With initial experience as a no-code specialist & software engineer on your own account and/or for a company, you're passionate about development and automation. You don't just consume content on the subject and train yourself, you take action!
