We are making big changes in the remote work world, and we do our best to make both the hiring and job-hunting experience more enjoyable every day.

Here’s some of us on one of our recent weekly team calls, we’ve tripled in size this year alone and are still growing!

We are growing rapidly and because of that, we are looking to add a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to our team. This is an exciting and dynamic role with lots of room for creativity and growth - you will be the first marketing hire at a growing company that is working with businesses all over the world and helping them hire amazing remote team members from Eastern Europe.

In this role, you will support and enable the growth of JobRack by implementing robust marketing processes and systems. You will make sure that we get more qualified leads, calls, and introductions/referrals.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Create and distribute useful and informative content that results in qualified leads and referrals e.g. content marketing (email, blogs, guides, resources, social media channels, podcast content repurposing & promotion)
  • Manage testimonial/case study marketing and define questions, recording guidance, testimonial tracking, and edit videos for marketing and sales purposes - in short you’ll make sure we capture great testimonials and then make the most of them across all channels
  • Take ownership of all non-functional aspects of the JobRack website i.e. marketing and sales pages, “About Us” pages, blogs and any other informational or engagement-related pages
  • Manage and promote live sessions and webinars to be hosted and completed by the CEO
  • Enable, manage and support strong partnerships to drive continual referrals and introductions to high-quality prospective clients - you’ll start by implementing a system to track and manage partner status and referral activity ensuring we keep partners up to date on what’s happening with the people they’ve referred
  • Ensure that Marketing activities are systemised and repeatable with clear processes, tools and systems in place
  • Grow JobRack's visibility and awareness amongst job seekers all across Eastern Europe to grow our database of quality jobseekers
  • Consistently adjust and optimise systems as JobRack grows
  • Report to Noel, the CEO & interact with the full team, but especially the Sales, Customer Success, and Operations Teams to improve the content and service we provide to our customers and prospects

Once you join JobRack, a full onboarding process will be organised for you so that you can learn more about our business model, vision, and values. We expect you to bring your experience in marketing and systems in order to hit the ground running so you’ll be getting stuck in and delivering right away.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing, especially in the domain of email and content marketing
  • Experience with writing high-quality marketing emails and content in English
  • Experience implementing marketing systems and processes
  • Awareness and understanding of social media channels and effective production of content for each channel
  • Understanding of B2B marketing especially focused on US businesses
  • Experience with website builders i.e. Click funnels, WordPress, etc. and email marketing tools, e.g. ActiveCampaign
  • Experience with funnels, email automation and sequences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Results-driven attitude - you thrive on getting sh*t done and drive yourself to over-deliver.
  • Systems and process-oriented approach to marketing
  • Ability to learn new tech tools quickly
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to feedback to improve performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinking skills with a good understanding of business systems & digital marketing
  • Hands-on approach with an extremely high ability to figure things out
