About the role

The Marketing Manager role will focus on driving success for our clients on social media through managing campaigns and team tasks as well as tracking progress, data, and results. Your ultimate goal will be to scale revenue and improve operational efficiency.  

This is a full time job that manages:

• Team of 8+ to manage their tasks and projects
• Monitor and optimize 20 client campaigns
• Campaign tests for new clients
• Web research
• Performance reports and analytics
• Project manage freelance dev's for our in-house software

It is a growing team that currently consists of 8 total, which includes 5 specialists and 1 senior specialist (team leader) in the Philippines and two writers from  the UK and Eastern Europe. 
 

Typical Day  

• Managing work flows - making sure the writers and specialists have what they need to do their job
• Communicating with Specialists via Skype to check in on projects and tasks, resolve any issues
• Reviewing client campaigns to focus the teams work load on the best performing offers (top client industries include dating, jewelry, home service lead gen, loans, employment, therapy, health, personal finance)
• Create a test campaign to test a new client offer
• Review workflow progress and work output KPI metrics
• Manage development of our in-house software
