To ensure the best of both worlds, they follow a hybrid schedule, spending three days a week in the office and enjoying the flexibility of working remotely for one day. Solved by Tanna is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and driving marketing initiatives.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Brand Identity: Take ownership of brand identity and ensure consistent representation across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence across various platforms, engaging with the audience and driving brand awareness, using internal resources and/or 3rd party vendors.
  • Case Studies: Create compelling case studies that showcase the success and value of the company’s solutions, reinforcing credibility in the market.
  • Content Creation: Generate valuable and engaging content for various marketing channels, including case studies, social media posts, blog articles, and more.
  • Sales Funnel: Develop content and strategies to support the sales funnel and nurture leads, driving conversions and customer loyalty.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Website Development: Collaborate with the team and outside vendors to oversee the development and maintenance of the website, ensuring it effectively communicates the company’s brand message and drives conversions.
  • Internal Document Design: Create visually appealing and effective internal documents to facilitate seamless communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • New Hire Messaging: Develop and refine messaging for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and consistent communication of the brand values.
  • Merchandising: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the brand and drive sales.
  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and motivated marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to maximize individual and collective performance.

This role offers an abundance of opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as the creative freedom to unleash your innovative ideas and make a significant impact on the brand. During the initial weeks in this role, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to design their own 1-3 month plan, incorporating insights gathered from interviews, and present the team with a suggested timeline for their strategic implementation.

This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to have an overlap with US working hours at least from 8 AM to 12 PM EST, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.

To excel in this role, you need:

🔹 Relevant Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing strategies and execution.

🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, HubSpot, TikTok, Hey Orca, and Photoshop. Experience leveraging these platforms to create engaging content is essential.

🔹 Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles, trends, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective campaigns.

🔹 Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and translate them into compelling marketing materials.

🔹 High Energy: Always pushing forward for business’ success. Accurately fast-paced. Innovative mindset.

🔹 Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities, industry trends, and technology advancements.

🔹 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage the target audience.

🔹 Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.

🔹 Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

🔹 Continuous Learning: A growth mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest marketing trends and techniques.
