As a Marketing Creative Strategist, the purpose is to create marketing plans based on Hike Footwear's company goals and develop effective content to engage the target audience. This role is crucial for continuously analysing the market to identify improvement opportunities and implementing new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

🧾 Strategic planning, including analysing market trends and consumer behaviour.

📑 Brand positioning.

📦 Gaining a deep understanding of the audience.

📑 Analysing data to inform marketing strategies.

💼 Content development.

📊 Creating marketing plans, especially for national holidays and brand positioning.

📦 Project management.
