Mark Stephen Agency is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will:

📅 Schedule and organise weekly social media posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook.

✍️ Write captivating captions and manage photo content to enhance engagement.

🔧 Edit photos to maintain a visually appealing social media presence.

📧 Create and manage monthly newsletters, including writing and editing content.

🎙️ Edit transcripts and photos for monthly podcast recordings.

📅 Schedule podcast episodes for release and ensure timely promotion.

📝 Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

📹 Experience with YouTube video posts

The onboarding period may range from a few days to a week, during which you will receive guidance on the company framework, client interactions, and internal workflow. This is a part-time role, and you'll have some flexibility to work at your own pace as long as the deadlines are met.

To excel in this role, you need:

📲 3+ Years of experience in Marketing

🖋️ Excellent Writing Skills: You have a natural ability to craft engaging and persuasive content that captures attention and resonates with the target audience. Your words have the power to inspire action and evoke emotions.

🎨 Proficiency in Design Software: You are well-versed in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. You have an eye for aesthetics and can create visually appealing images that enhance the overall brand presence.

📲 Social Media Savviness: You are a social media maven, well-versed in the ever-changing landscape of various platforms. You understand the nuances of each platform and can adapt your writing and visual content to maximize likes, traffic, and follower growth.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Video editing skills

What’s in it for you?

  • $1000 - $1200 per month*
  • Part-time & fully remote
