Marketing Associate - Reputation Elevation [CLOSED]

Reputation Elevation provides digital marketing services to small businesses. Most of their clients are autism therapy providers in the US. Their core service offering is Facebook Ads lead generation coupled with marketing automation, as well as SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads services.

Clients work with Reputation Elevation because they have a unique ability to help autism therapy companies grow quickly. They provide great support and training, and they have a thorough and comprehensive service offering. It’s no wonder that Reputation Elevation has a great track record of success. The company has also invested heavily in making new technology available to clients so they can get better results. In the last year, the company has almost doubled in revenue and it is growing even further.

Reputation Elevation is expanding its team by onboarding a new Marketing Associate to create and manage client ad campaigns. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the organization as it goes to the next level, and work closely with Reece, the CEO of Reputation Elevation.

Within this role, you will:

• Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Identify issues as they arise and address them effectively by updating ads and targeting as needed
• Analyse ad accounts to find ways to improve performance
• Optimise and improve processes
• Ensure a consistent flow of clients’ quality sales leads
• Provide monthly reports

Although some support will be provided to you once you join the company, experience and expertise are expected from the successful candidate. In your first weeks, you will have an opportunity to familiarise yourself with each client ad account, brief on Reece’s current approach & challenges, and work on the accounts.

The tools used to communicate and manage the workload include:

• Zoom & Google Chat
• Google Docs
• Trello
• Time Doctor
• Screencast-o-matic

To excel as a Marketing Associate at Reputation elevation, you need to have:

• Agency experience with managing ads
• Facebook and Google Ads management experience, specifically in the field of local lead generation, with a track record of success
• Experience with setting conversion tracking for FB & Google Ads
• Experience with Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to communicate your thoughts and ideas clearly
• Great work ethic and a professional attitude
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to cooperate well with others

Brownie points for:

• Training in or experience with direct response copywriting
• SEO or website admin experience
• Experience with WordPress, marketing automation platforms, landing page builders
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, SEMRush and CPanel
• Experience with using Canva or other graphic design software

What’s in it for you?

• $2000 - $2500 per month*
• Full-time role with 8 hours per day 5 days a week
• Flexible schedule with a mandatory overlap with 11 AM -- 5 PM Israel Standard Time (GMT +2) Monday --Thursday
