Marketing Assistant - Tradlands [CLOSED]

Full Time 1200.00 USD Type: Monthly

We are a small remote team working both full-time and part-time, and we have contractors worldwide. We are eager to welcome innovative ideas and strategies in hopes that new insights breed innovation and leadership in our company and our industry. Tradlands is expanding its team by onboarding a new Marketing Assistant who will support our marketing team members by being a versatile VA. You would be a person who can follow processes and complete tasks on time and with accuracy.

We wish to find a person who will work dynamically within the marketing team by supporting the teammates on projects & tasks.

As our Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Email and DM social media influencers and affiliates
  • Conduct PR (and other) research, and analytics
  • Update the website
  • Prepare email campaign drafts
  • Export social media UGC and prepare for the social media team
  • Conduct product & competitor research
  • Work with the co-owner/CMO and multiple marketing team members

In your first weeks with us, you will be trained to work with relevant marketing platforms & you will have to follow processes to complete marketing tasks. Processes for the vast majority of the workload are already in place & you will have support from the team members for the remaining training.

Tasks will be assigned via Asana, and communication with the team will take place over Slack.

As our successful candidate, you need to have:

  • Marketing experience
  • Experience with eCommerce
  • Excel & Google Sheets experience
  • The ability to follow a written or video process

Brownie points for:

  • Klaviyo experience
  • Experience with Shopify (e.g. product listing creation, app knowledge)
  • Asana experience
