The company has a small team of wonderful ladies located all over the US and the UK; Rebecca Recommends has always been a remote-first company. Through meaningful relationships with their clients and the travel advisor community, this team of hardworking, kind and passionate ladies manages to exceed their clients' expectations every day.

Rebecca Recommends is growing its team by onboarding a new Marketing Assistant who will manage and grow the company social media accounts.

More specifically, as Rebecca Recommends’ next Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Post on company Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
• Reach out to Rebecca Recommends’ clients for photos and content for the company e-newsletter, blog posts and social media
• Share RR client content with travel agencies for their marketing purposes
• Update the Rebecca Recommends website
• Assist with marketing campaigns in Zoho (RR’s CRM)
• Help out with creative writing when needed

In your first weeks at Rebecca Recommends, you will learn about their clients and work on their marketing calendar as well as learn about their business, processes, and systems, such as Zoho (used for CRM) and past client webinars.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have:

• Marketing and/or social media management experience
• Experience with Adobe, Design-based programmes, and familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English – you naturally earn others’ attention and respect
• Ability to show initiative and be inquiring in nature
• Warm and welcoming attitude – you are personable and attentive
• Strong relationship building, rapport building and intrapersonal skills
• An understanding of and willingness to work towards assigned goals
• A passion for providing something extraordinary
• Good energy and solid work pace
• Ability to work alone as well as within a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented mindset and proactive attitude

Brownie points for:

• Travel and photography experience
• Creative writing skills/experience

What’s in it for you?

• $6 - $8* per hour
• Part-time role ~ 15-20 hours per week (working days are flexible as long as the hours are completed)
• Flexible working hours as long as you attend a Monday team call (11 AM EST) and answer emails within 12 hours
