Since 2018 American Luxury Gifts has come together seeking to create stunning designs that speak to the soul, celebrating their rich cultural tapestry and bringing it to life through elegant, affordable wall decor.

ALG specializes in wall art, wall prints, photography, typography, etc. They are an online retail eCommerce company that sells primarily on Amazon in the US, but they are looking to expand into multiple other channels soon.

Join the dynamic team at American Luxury Gifts as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you'll be the central point of communication, anticipating & solving needs, streamlining operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Enhance communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain operational excellence through process optimization
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and branding strategies
  • Assist in project management, research, and execution
  • Screen, manage and respond to phone calls, emails and other forms of communication.
  • Clean, categorize, and organize 5+ email accounts of the CEO.
  • Assist with various projects and initiatives, which may involve conducting research, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and providing updates.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and branding strategies for business growth
  • Handling any other tasks as required by the CEO, which could range from personal to ad hoc projects.

Onboarding Process πŸš€

This is a hands-on role where the training/learning will be done as part of the day-to-day tasks. Ideally, you are known as a “smart” & FAST learner. In fact, you love to learn new things every day - a sponge.

You will be exposed to a broad range of new opportunities. So, it is very important that you can pick up new concepts quickly as they go.

Position Type and Working Hours ⏰

This is a full-time role, with a commitment of 40+ hours per week. You need to have 4-6 hour overlap daily with US EST (between 10 AM and 2 PM) for effective teamwork.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role, demonstrating problem-solving and adaptability
  • 1-2 years of experience with Social Media and Paid Media Advertising
  • Ability to navigate the web efficiently to find solutions - amazing research skills.
  • You need to be comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Preferred 4-year degree, though eagerness to learn is equally valued
  • Familiarity with Amazon or related roles is advantageous.

Brownie points for:

  • eCommerce experience
  • Experience with Graphic Design/Content Writing/Video Editing
