The Marketing Assistant role at Huemor is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and contribute to the company's growth. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing and monitoring various marketing initiatives. 🚀
Responsibilities:
📊 Implementation of Google Analytics and generating reports for A/B tests, website performance, search performance, accessibility, KPIs, and engagement.
📈 Implementing Event Tracking and conducting data entry tasks.
📊 Pulling reports from behaviour tracking tools like LuckyOrange and HotJar.
📋 Assisting with the creation of end-of-month marketing reports.
The onboarding process for the Marketing Assistant role typically lasts for 6 weeks, including direct shadowing and training boards. During the first 3 months, there will be hands-on training, shadowing, and periodic debriefs with the direct manager. This comprehensive training ensures that the Marketing Assistant is well-equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. 💼
This is a full-time position, and you need to have some overlap with the EST time zone, at least from 9 am to 1 pm EST.
