The graphic design team, consisting of Olga, Yedah, Ksyu, and Olena, contribute their artistic talents from Russia, Ukraine, and Spain, adding a touch of visual brilliance to RYVE's offerings.

The Lead Graphic Designer role at RYVE is instrumental in driving the expansion of their print product portfolio. Reporting to Sally, you will contribute to the creation of a clear and innovative product vision and roadmap, produce outstanding designs, and act as a vital link between the founder and our graphic design team.


More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the founder to establish a clear and innovative product vision and roadmap.
  • Engage in active product development, including design and content creation and deliver outstanding designs (journals, coloring books and other stationery products)
  • Act as a bridge between the founder and the graphic design team, facilitating communication and progress; and manage project items in the product development pipeline.
  • Ensure that all designs are of the highest quality and comply with the design guidelines and standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers, such as printers, to define product specifications (e.g., paper type, thickness, finish).
  • Manage design files, organize assets, and maintain design archives for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that the products remain at the forefront of the market.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques to discuss new ideas, present your work, and gather feedback from your colleagues.

During the onboarding process, you will become familiar with RYVE's brand, team, and existing product offerings. There won’t be any formal training for this position, as you’ll be expected to hit the ground running. However, during the first few weeks, you’ll receive support to help you get to know the team & understand internal processes. Additionally, you will receive a handover of new products in the development pipeline and begin working on their design and content. RYVE is committed to providing a supportive environment that enables your success in this role.


This is a full-time position with working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET). While there are core working hours for meetings and alignments, the company offers flexibility to accommodate individual preferences. Ideally, there should be an overlap within the morning/mid-day of CET time to facilitate collaboration and communication with the team.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Exceptional aesthetics and design eye, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is indispensable. The candidate's expertise in these tools will empower them to bring their creative vision to life.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from others.
  • Consistency, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.
  • A keen eye for design trends and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and techniques.
  • The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously is crucial for success in this role. Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization will ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
