About the Role:

At the moment, DR SALES is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to work closely with the CEO to filter and prepare job applicants for further hiring stages.

As the new Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

  • Recruit and hire: This may include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Provide HR support: This may include answering employee questions, handling employee complaints, and assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts.
  • Report: This may include preparing and analyzing HR-related reports, such as turnover and retention reports, and presenting findings to management

During the first few weeks, you will receive training on the company’s systems, get to know the team, and begin to assist the CEO with delegation of tasks across the team. This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to work within the CET timezone for at least five hours per day.

About You:

To be a successful candidate, you need to:

  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and documents.
  • Use computer software and tools, such as HRIS systems, to organize and manage HR tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team.
  • Be adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work full-time and ideally being responsive during the weekends if needed

The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized and an excellent planner, able to handle difficult situations & willing to step in when things seem to be getting off the rails. At the same time, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to maintain a clear overview of our current HR operations and structures with the CEO and the team.
