SEM Google Adwords
Sawtooth Media Group is one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the country. Our clients include both new and established e-commerce brands expanding into the global market. We're looking for a data-driven e-Commerce media buyer that knows how to drive conversions for growing brands. This person is extremely detail-oriented, obsessed with testing, and knows how to manage both small and large budgets for Google Ads PPC, SEM, Display, Youtube. (Facebook and TikTok experience a plus bus not required).
This is a contractor position at a fixed monthly retainer, with the potential for growth into a full-time role based on individual performance and company needs.
$2k Base pay plus performance incentive.

2+ years of experience managing ad accounts, ideally in a variety of industries and/or ROI oriented objectives. Successful e-commerce campaigns a must.
Deep understanding of Googles ad ecosystem and ability to tailor strategies to clients with different products, objectives, and budgets.
Data-driven, analytical, and a systems thinker
Results-oriented and able to communicate KPIs, ROI to colleagues and clients
Pays attention to detail and work with little supervision (self starter)
You are VERY organized and can assist others
Willing to work weekends and off-hours in order to meet deadlines

Optimize ad targeting, creative and bidding to maximize campaign performance
Design the customer journey including the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel, customer Lifetime value, etc
Monitor performance of campaigns and make changes as needed to maintain continued results
Compile comprehensive, easy-to-understand ROI reports for clients monthly
Keep team members & clients updated on the latest developments and status of campaigns
Stay up to date on the latest developments in Google Ads, tools, and features
Other duties as assigned
