WLDM is currently looking for a self-motivated individual with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales to lead their Sales & Marketing department. You will be putting your knowledge and skills to the test every day, and have ample opportunity to make an impact on all sorts of decisions.

As the new Head of Sales, you will:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and drive revenue generation for the business
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Establish a sales training program to train the new employees
  • Liaise with the Senior Management team to assess company performance
  • Identify new trends ahead of the curve to keep ahead of the competition in the market

This is a full-time role where you will be required to attend meetings with the team and the clients.

During the first few weeks, you will become familiar with the team, company and clients. You’ll be expected to be proactive and contribute to processes, where we will provide support so that you are set for success!

To excel in this role, you need:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (Head of Sales or Sales Manager)
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with using communication tools and ideally a CRM
