Crush is looking for a dynamic Head of Paid Media Strategy who's ready to step into a high-impact role. This is not just a job; it's a chance to shape the business’ future by running its paid spend strategy. As suggested here, in the role of the Head of Paid Media Strategy, you'll take the lead on managing the paid media spending, developing and implementing strategies, conducting strategy calls with clients, and coordinating reporting. These crucial tasks will shape the growth path, making you an essential part of the Crush family.

Crush is looking for someone who's ready to hire and lead a team of strategists, interface with the clients, and coordinate the reporting. Therefore, the purpose of this role is vital to the company’s trajectory. As the Head of Paid Media Strategy, you will be a part of the leadership team, holding a pivotal position that's fully responsible for managing paid spending. Your strategic insight and execution skills will have a direct effect on the growth and success of the business. More specifically, in this role, you will:

  • 🎯 Dictate the direction of the PPC strategies, aligning them with the needs of the clients to drive optimal results.
  • 💡Manage the execution of these PPC strategies, ensuring that every plan is implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • 📊 Regularly report on the outcomes of the paid initiatives, offering clear insights and actionable data that can guide future strategies.
  • ☎️ Attend client calls, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering strong relationships with the clients.
  • 🚀 Coordinate product launches, playing a key role in the introduction of new offerings to the market, and ensuring that each launch achieves maximum impact.

The team wants you to hit the ground running and set the pace for success. For the first 1-2 months, you'll work closely with the current paid team to understand our strategy, the brand management techniques, and the technology stack. This period will also offer you the chance to adjust your strategy and introduce the technologies you deem necessary. In this role, you will grow and manage your own team. Your key interactions will be with the CEO and our Director of Brand Management. Collaboration and communication will be key to your daily routine.

Therefore, in order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 💼 A strong track record managing paid strategies on Amazon for multiple brands, indicating a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising.
  • 📊 An analytical background, able to derive actionable insights from a myriad of data points.
  • 💡 Familiarity with various Amazon-oriented software solutions, demonstrating a keen sense of the digital tools available to enhance our strategies.
  • 🖥️ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, essential for crafting and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • 🚀 Experience in 3rd-party selling on Amazon, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of the Amazon ecosystem.
  • 👥 An aptitude for team management, reporting, and analysis, crucial for the effective execution of your role and the growth of your team.

It would be nice (but not essential) if you also have experience beyond the above. While the company values deep knowledge in managing Amazon Advertising, they believe in the capacity to nurture your skills in other areas as well.
