Crush is looking for a dynamic Head of Paid Media Strategy who's ready to step into a high-impact role. As suggested here, in the role of the Head of Paid Media Strategy, you'll take the lead on managing the paid media spending, developing and implementing strategies, conducting strategy calls with clients, and coordinating reporting. More specifically, in this role, you will:
The team wants you to hit the ground running and set the pace for success. For the first 1-2 months, you'll work closely with the current paid team to understand our strategy, the brand management techniques, and the technology stack. This period will also offer you the chance to adjust your strategy and introduce the technologies you deem necessary. In this role, you will grow and manage your own team. Your key interactions will be with the CEO and our Director of Brand Management. Collaboration and communication will be key to your daily routine.
