Right now, Proxyrack is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager.

As the new Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

• Take the current marketing channels to the next level
• Experiment with & trial new marketing channels
• Improve reporting & attribution
• Suggest & implement ways to grow the business

In the first few weeks, you will get to know the existing channels and strategies, and learn more about the business. You will receive training from the General Manager Adam and will have full support from the other staff members.

This is a full-time role, but you are free to manage your own schedule, as long as you can have some overlap with other timezones for certain projects or meetings.

To be a successful candidate, you need great digital marketing skills, especially with SEO, CRO, and Google Ads. You will also need experience in improving retention, as retention is a key part of this role.

On top of this, you also need experience in:

• Email marketing via automation in ActiveCampaign
• Campaign-based email marketing
• Pricing experiments
• Content marketing
• “Growth hacking”
• LinkedIn advertising
• Retargeting (Facebook and Google)
• Referral sites, Affiliate Marketing & Resellers

Our ideal candidate is someone who can own their role and speak up, with the ability to solve problems and make their own suggestions on how to improve. You also need to be tech-savvy with a broad range of skills and a lot of knowledge in digital marketing.
