As a Graphic Designer, the purpose is to support the sales team by creating captivating mock-ups and print files for client orders. Through email communication, you'll guide clients to their approved designs, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a seamless design process. Embrace your creative flair by generating imaginative designs (stock art) for various client events, contributing to a diverse and visually appealing product range throughout the year. You'll play a crucial part in balancing the workload between client mock-ups and creative designs, contributing significantly to the strength of the company's brand identity. Your creations will not only enhance customer engagement, but also elevate overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Mock-up Creation: Develop digital representations of client logos on promotional items, showcasing a keen eye for aesthetic detail to accurately visualize the final product.

πŸ“¦ Print Files Preparation: Create print-ready files post-approval, ensuring meticulous attention to design specifications for high-quality printing and meeting client requirements.

πŸ“‘ Creative Designs and Stock Art: Generate diverse patterns, icons, and illustrations to create appealing collections for client acquisition and retention, highlighting creativity and adaptability.

πŸ’Ό File Management: Organise creative files within the Design team's Dropbox, facilitating quick access to specific artwork and enhancing operational efficiency.

πŸ“Š Data Dump: Purge outdated or duplicate data from the design team's storage, maintaining optimal space and file organization for increased efficiency.

πŸ—“οΈ Template Creations: Craft templates for products or vendors lacking them, expediting the transition from design mock-up to production and streamlining the workflow.

Working Hours ⏰: Full Time. 6am - 2pm EST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

βœ… Adobe Suite Knowledge: Proficient in Adobe software for crafting and editing professional graphics and designs.

βœ… Design Experience: Skilled in creating visual concepts, digitally or in print, showcasing creativity and a grasp of design principles.

βœ… Illustration Experience: Ability to create drawings or images conveying ideas or complementing text, demonstrating artistic creativity and visual storytelling.

βœ… Trainable: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to company processes efficiently.

βœ… Knowledgeable About Design: Understanding of design principles and practices.

βœ… Raster vs. Vector Image Understanding: Recognise differences in image formats and their appropriate uses.

βœ… Some Understanding of Print Work: Basic knowledge of print design principles and processes.

βœ… Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and reviewing work for accuracy and quality.

βœ… Effective Communication: Clear conveyance of information and excellent collaboration skills.

βœ… Not Afraid to Ask Questions: Willingness to seek clarification and learn from others to ensure tasks are executed correctly.

βœ… Understanding of Colour Theory: Knowledgeable about using colours effectively in designs.
