The Happy Nuts team operates remotely across the United States, with a diverse group of professionals in the C-Suite, Research & Development, Operations, and Marketing departments. The forthcoming Graphic Designer role will involve close collaboration with the Marketing and Operations teams, contributing to the company's vibrant and forward-thinking culture.

As a Graphic Designer, the purpose is to complete all graphic design needs for HappyNuts, ensuring all graphic files are managed and organised efficiently. This role is pivotal in maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency across all HappyNuts' product lines and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

🧾 Develop and maintain cohesive branding across HappyNuts' products and marketing materials.

📊 Own the development of product graphic design elements, collaborating with the team to bring visions to life.

📦 Design packaging and marketing materials for approximately 40 new cosmetic-related products launching in 2024.

📊 Organise and manage a comprehensive digital archive of all graphic assets.

📑 Create logos and branding materials for upcoming HappyNuts brands, including Happy Soles and Happy Butt.

📊 Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideation and marketing strategies.

🗓️ Manage project completion within set deadlines, coordinating with various stakeholders.

🗓️ Ensure a flexible approach to work hours, with an overlap with PST, particularly in the morning hours.

Working Hours ⏰:

Full-time

Monday - Friday, with the expectation of 35-40 hours per week. The team operates remotely, hence standard working hours are flexible, but there should be a crossover with the PST timezone, especially between 7-10 AM.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅Substantial graphic design expertise, specifically in creating vector files (.ai) tailored for printing purposes

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in graphic design.

✅ Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

✅ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✅ A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

✅ A good understanding of the latest design trends and how they can be applied to the HappyNuts brand.
