The team at Era Organics is looking for a Graphic Designer to join them. Within this exciting and dynamic role, you will have an opportunity to work on graphic design and physical product packaging in order to improve their listings. This is a fun and flexible opportunity with lots of space for creativity and team collaboration across multiple types of products and niches.

The company is expanding into new niches with different branding & packaging which will give you the flexibility to explore your creative side. Ideally, you would also be involved in assisting with the design of new products in Home & Kitchen, Décor, and Gardening.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

✅ Design labels and packaging for Era Organics’ products

✅ Make graphics for Amazon, Pinterest, Facebook Ads, etc.

✅ Test variations and ideas to find the optimal design for packaging and graphics

✅ Research competitors

✅ Stay up to date with the latest design trends

Once you join the company, you will learn more about the current branding and design, as well as learn more about the company and its systems. Tasks will be assigned to you via ClickUp and you will have a chance to connect with the team via Slack. You will also have an opportunity to come up with a new style direction for the future, research competitors and work on changing the current product design.

As an ideal candidate for this position, you need to have:

• Experience working with e-Commerce & Social Media Marketing companies/clients
• Professional yet friendly and laid-back personality
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for sales conversion, composition & adding elements beyond the sales copy

Brownie points for experience with 3D rendering.
