As the Graphic Design Lead, you'll be responsible for making their products shine 🌟 with compelling, high-converting images across various marketplaces. In a space where strong visuals drive sales, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of the entire company.

In this role, your responsibilities would include
1️⃣ Creating high-quality imagery that showcases the products in the best possible light.
2️⃣ Leading the creative function of the business, working closely with the CEO.
3️⃣ Constantly innovating and bringing new, creative ideas to the table.
📈 You'll report directly to the company's founder and CEO, Byron Durgin, with whom you'll work closely as the company expands. You'll be an integral part of a small but dedicated team, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of the business.
🏃 Easton Grey Products believes in hitting the ground running. Your first few weeks will involve a series of meetings to align the interests, followed by diving straight into redesigning and creating new images for the listings. For this role, the team is looking for someone ready to step in with the graphic design skills necessary for the role.
Easton Grey Products is seeking a dedicated and creative professional, brimming with integrity and efficiency. You should embody a proactive spirit, always keeping the company's best interests in mind. Therefore, to excel in this role, you need to have:
- 🎨 5 to 10 years of graphic design experience related to e-commerce, including familiarity with relevant software tools;
- 🖼️ A portfolio showcasing your previous work, displaying your style, abilities, and understanding of what converts in e-commerce;
- 🖌️ The capability to critically assess existing images and suggest creative improvements;
- 🖥️ A well-established workspace setup, with a reliable laptop/desktop, internet connection, and access to graphic design software. You should also be able to communicate what additional resources you might need and what your ideal hardware/software setup looks like;
- 📈The eagerness to potentially take on additional tasks beyond image creation, depending on your skill set and interest;
- 💡Above all, a deep understanding of and proficiency in creating high-converting e-commerce images:
- 🎓(desirable, but not essential) A commitment to your craft, as evidenced by a degree or similar achievement
What’s in it for you?
- 💵 Competitive salary range: $2,000 - $3,000* monthly.
- 📅 Full-time role with flexible working hours. The team is looking for a commitment Monday through Friday, ideally 9 AM - 5 PM local time but they’re open to flexibility.
- ⌚ 2 hours overlap with the core team between 9 AM and 11 AM US EST for seamless team communications.
- 🏖️20 days of PTO per year.
- 🚀 Opportunity to grow into the Creative Lead role for the company. Plus, if you show interest in other aspects of e-commerce, the team is more than willing to help expand your skills and role.
