FT Senior WordPress Developer to Build Niche Authority Sites [CLOSED]

We are seeking a Full-Time WordPress Developer to join our team at Growlogics Media and help us build niche authority websites from scratch using a highly scalable model. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our expansion, taking full ownership of building several WordPress sites each week. This role demands not only technical expertise in WordPress but also the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We will work together to create a workflow to produce a high volume of sites weekly. We’ll provide the plan and assets and you’ll build sites at scale 🙂

<<Key Responsibilities>>

• Rapidly develop and launch multiple WordPress sites weekly.
• Implement content and SEO strategies effectively within each site.
• Ensure each site is optimized for maximum performance, speed, and user experience.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure each project aligns with our strategic goals.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress sites (themes, content, etc…)

<<Required Skills and Qualifications>>

• 3+ years exclusively working on WordPress sites. You are a WP expert inside and out.
• Experience in developing WordPress sites at a high volume.
• Strong SEO and content implementation skills.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

-40 hours per week w/ at least 4 hours overlapping 9am-8pm EST.
-10 paid days off (accrued over time):
-After 60 days: +1 accrued
-After 90 days: +2 accrued
-After 120 days: +3 accrued
-After 150 days: +4 accrued

<<Compensation>>
$25-$35/hr
