We are looking to hire ONE highly ambitious, analytical, managerial-person to help with operative work at our firm. If you would love to work in a young-people firm with a mission of changing people’s lives and you are exceptionally good at organization, figuring out solutions to problems you’ve never seen before and are a bit obsessed with doing things “perfectly” even if no one sees it.. then continue reading this post. Job would start either as a full-time or part-time (depending on your availability), and it would turn into a full time job if you are interested and available.

  • Looking to be our executive/ops assistant: you are NOT an agency looking to delegate my work to other people nor are you just looking for any job before pursuing the thing you really want.

YOU MUST have these skills:

  1. Excellent English (spoken and written)
  2. Personal excellence and high personal achievement in the past (demonstrated)
  3. Excellent at managing projects and people
  4. Very versatile and can do or figure out anything that’s necessary on the job
  5. Extreme attention to detail
  6. Reliable and can manage many different recurring tasks throughout the week
  7. Past experience in operations or project management is preferred (but not required)

You’ll know you’re the right person for this role if you have:

  • An obsession with getting the details right and keeping things moving
  • An ability to operate independently and reliably accomplish tasks
  • Reliable Internet, Reliable computer
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Docs, Sheets and Drive)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) & confidence to use English on phone calls, etc.

Main responsibilities are supporting the management team with any tasks and projects they might have, such as:

  • Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), systems and processes within our company to make sure business runs smoothly)
  • Figuring out how to execute a new strategy (developing an action-plan, software, micro-managing freelancers etc.)
  • Managing projects from start to finish (new website, updating current webinars, changing prices and sales pages, managing freelancers, affiliate management, improving systems within the company both on client acquisition side as well as service delivery)
  • Figuring out how to do things we need to get done that you have zero experience in (you are expected to figure these things out or find people to do the job properly (connecting different softwares, integrating Apple Pay into our payment system, creating quiz or survey ads)
  • Managing video editors
  • Issuing refunds and dealing with chargeback issues with Stripe/PayPal
  • Checking freelancer’s work and edited videos
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Weekly check ins of Key performance Indicators (KPIs) of each of the workers
  • Making changes to our sales pages and optin pages (through a drag-and-drop software)
  • Creating slides for courses/ads, Improving sales pages, Duplicating and setting up funnels (tracking, call scheduler, integrating tracking software with all through our website-editing platform -- no coding knowledge required… just copy-paste etc.)

These are just some basic examples of the work you’d be doing day-to-day. The work itself is not complex, but it involves a lot of thinking, managing and making sure that things and processes are constantly improved. We are very close to scale mode at our company, so there is a huge opportunity to grow into larger roles here as well. You will also work side by side with the founders of the company in different skills and get hands-on experience working with a successful startup that’s scaling past 1 million dollars in revenue a year.
